User Agreement

Welcome to Daxy. This User Agreement governs your access to and use of the Daxy application and its related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Daxy, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.

Daxy is a tool-based application that allows users to upload images of people and necklaces, generate new images by adding or replacing necklaces through image processing and text descriptions, and review their generation history. The service is provided for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise specified.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Daxy. By using the application, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Daxy does not knowingly allow minors to access or use its services.

You are responsible for the content you upload, including images and text prompts. You agree that you will not upload, generate, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise violates any applicable laws or regulations. You must also ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or consent from individuals appearing in the images you upload.

Daxy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for its intended purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its services, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless permitted by law.

All intellectual property rights related to the app, including but not limited to its design, features, algorithms, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by Daxy or its licensors. The images generated through the app based on your inputs may be used by you for personal purposes, but you are responsible for ensuring that your use does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Daxy at any time, without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in any activity that may harm the app, its users, or its operations.

Daxy provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

In no event shall Daxy or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daxy, its affiliates, and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the app, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
